We had a lovely stay of 3 nights. Located high on a hill, nestled amongst the vineyards, the views over the valley are terrific, drinks on terrace very relaxing. The decor is charming, It looks as if recently renovated, with a delightful mix of old and new with lots of wood floors and exposed beams. We had a lovely room. Breakfast was very good and different from the average. Booking.com doesn't tell you that the Seda restaurant within the Locanda is a very high quality destination restaurant so that is special. In fact the Locanda is a restaurant with rooms attached as much as it is a hotel. Overall hospitality was terrific. It would be a great venue for a celebration like a small wedding or a special family gathering.

Martina and her family are wonderful hosts they made us feel like we were their family welcomed in their own personal villa. They have a popular restaurant on the property which serves delicious local food and wine. the property is easy to find set among vineyards a short 20 minute minute drive from Verona center. Obviously, it requires a car when exploring the area since it’s not a city center hotel. We found it an exceptional three night stop saying in the old church converted into one beautiful large apartment with kitchenette and a second bedroom above, both bathrooms were beautifully recently remodeled charming yet modern and comfortable. There are plenty of AC even the bathrooms are air-conditioned. The breakfasts are incredible with fresh baked breads and croissants and pastries, amazing coffee, wonderful local fruit and of course eggs to order. The rooms were very comfortable. We chose to stay in the staircase, accessible holder section, but there are also five rooms in the newer elevator accessible section of the property. A magical, three day getaway if you’re looking for an authentic Veneto experience.
