They allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, which made a huge difference for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return! :)

Very comfortable and clean and beautifully designed. A few reviews note that you have to go through downstairs shower area to go upstairs but there is enough privacy, so not really an issue. You do have to go through upper bedroom to go up on the roof, but to be honest we didn't use that area very often as it was just too hot! Good wifi and the TV has Netflix etc if you have accounts. Good location; not so touristy more genuine Osaka! Close to huge shopping street so no problems with food etc.
