Ideally located in the centre of Kyoto, Kokonoe Machiya offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Everything was top notch: from the amenities, to the host’s travel recommendations. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja maukas, joka aamu erilainen ja myös gluteiinittomuus ja kasvisruokailu otettiin hyvin huomioon. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

Offering air-conditioned rooms in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, situated between Kamogawa River and Takase canal, Hazuki Kyoto is 20 minutes stroll from Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Gion District. From the arrival to the end, everything was great at Hazuki. The guest room was wonderful, clean and quiet. The bath is also really enjoyable after a good walking day. You also have everything you need if you want to drink or eat something. The location is perfect to visit Kyoto. Till you respect the rules, your stay will be unforgetable. At last, a really Big Thank to Takase for his kindness and everything he did to make our stay so incredible.

The place is amazing! Right next to the point where people stand day and night to take pictures if the pagoda. Must say the picture of the hotel from that point is prettier!

The unit had a washing machine inside which was very helpful. All was clean, plenty of amenities. Even had a microwave. There was more space in the room than we had in other cities.

Nice hotel in a strategic position. Kyoto was great and we really enjoyed our stay here. The old lady from the staff was super gentle and apoke very good english.

Our room was really nice, very compact and good equipted. Modern, bright, clean and quiet. The location was good, but anyway to all the main sights it took us in average 45-60 minutes.
