The hotel staff were so kind and understanding and allowed us to book an extra night and stay in the same room. On top of this the hotel was absolutely lovely and it was very useful to have laundry facilities available. The beds were nice and soft and a decent sized room, and the hotel was in a really good position to walk to temples and Gion.
