The room is quite spacious, has aircon/ heater, and a wash basin is a big plus. The staff has been trying hard to make our stay comfortable. Location is very good, close to both skiing areas.

You can buy your ski-pass with a discount directly at the holes. The owner and the staff are amazing. the breakfast is lovely. I will come back! MADARO mountain is great!

First Tracks Madarao has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Iiyama. The hosts were so nice, they were there at the bus stop to help with our luggage and drove us around the town several times. The location is easy to walk to restaurants or the ski slope. It was comfortable and had several common rooms to relax, watch movies, and games. It felt homey.

The owner was excellent, dropped us off to the ski resorts daily without fail, was super helpful and the room was perfect for what we needed! Lovely dogs too!
