Set in Matsukawa, 24 km from The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum, Azumino World Curry House Spice Road offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Property was clean and comfortable. Also the host was very kind and cooperative. We did late check in which was also smooth and the food was also good. Host also offered us complimentary ride to the nearest station. Also gave us apples on our way back. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Appartement really spacious for Japanese standards, modern, clean, well equipped. Location not very near to train station, but easy (and affordable!) to catch a taxi at the train station. We came by car; free parking available. Quiet location, large supermarket nearby. Matsumoto is a great travellers' hub for day trips nearby.

I appreciated the proximity to the bus stop. The rooms were big, spacious, and clean, which I also liked. Additionally, it was within walking distance to the ski lifts.
