We stayed here while visiting the Japanese Alps. Atsu was really friendly and helped us out a lot. We had to check in a bit later due to delays and also had a last minute diner during our stay. The room was spacious and the breakfast delicious. Really good curry, and was able to accommodate my wife with a gluten free meal for her (celiac). And we also got some really good advice for food for our next stay :). Thanks Atsu!

This was our absolute favorite accommodation we have ever stayed at (and we have traveled all over the world as a family!) The concept is just so incredibly cool. The cafe is yours to use as you wish. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and it can accommodate my whole family of 5 comfortably. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. There is a beautiful and extremely well-stocked grocery store right across the street! I cannot recommend this place more highly than 10+++ stars. Please do yourself a favor and book this hotel. If we ever return to Matsumoto we will surely return. Thank you Cafe & Stay for the wonderful memories!

The rooms and common area were very clean. The facilty is quiet and easy to access from the train station. They have all the appliances and items in the kitchen and resting area . Perfect for long stays.

It felt cosy and was very clean considering a lot of the spaces were shared. The staff were great and very easy to get along with - they actually seemed to enjoy their job and want to be there with the guests + were always happy to help. The shuttle service in the AM was super helpful.

The room was very good. The size of the room was good, nice beds, a sofa, TV with Netflix, spacious toilet and shower.

Nastanitev Restmance Pension Woody Hill je v mestu Iiyama, 25 km od znamenitosti smučarsko središče Ryuoo in 30 km od znamenitosti Naravni rezervat Jigokudani Monkey Park. This was one of the best stays in any pension house I had all over Japan. The hosts really made it feel like home. The owner took us to onsen every evening and we shared dinner/drinks in the evening as well. Recently renovated and everything was really nice. Parking spots were available and it was a short walk up to the ski resort. If you were not going to ski during the day, you can work with ample space in the lodge to set up.

Nastanitev Piremon se nahaja v mestu Hakuba, 11 km od znamenitosti smučarsko območje Tsugaike Kogen in 42 km od znamenitosti postaja Nagano, ter ponuja vrt, brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi in... My second time staying! The hosts are so kind and treat you and your pets like family. I will definitely come back. The facilities are clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is only a short drive to ski slopes and the middle of town. There are also restaurants in walking distance.

Nastanitev Villa Kubota se nahaja v mestu Nozawa Onsen, 31 km od znamenitosti Naravni rezervat Jigokudani Monkey Park in 40 km od znamenitosti Živalski vrt Suzaka Zoo, ter nudi sobe. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. Grateful I got to meet them and stay with them. I would stay with them again in a heartbeat. It’s close enough to everything without being hard to get to.
