The location couldn’t be better as it’s just a few steps from Lincoln Park and Masaryk, surrounded with cafés, restaurants, and shops , and I always felt super safe walking around. The house itself is gorgeous, recently renovated, and everything in the room (furniture, sheets, etc.) felt brand new. Such a comfortable and charming place to stay in Mexico City!

The owner and the staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, always taking care of every little detail. I visited with my two children, aged 2 and 5, and everyone treated us so warmly — the kids were absolutely delighted. They had been feeling homesick, but thanks to everyone’s kindness, they regained their smiles and energy. You were so happy to receive our thank-you letter and origami, which made us truly happy as well. We’re also very grateful to your son for playing with my children! My children were so sad to leave this place (and so was I!). We already miss you all. The room and the terrace were both so lovely, and my kids and I absolutely loved them. There’s a supermarket, a park, and a market nearby — the location is just perfect. We’re already looking forward to the day we can come back again when my kids are older. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff was professional and friendly.

At walking distance from the center of Coyoacan, the room was beautiful and clean, there's a nice terrace on the rooftop and the staff was absolutely the best. Very kind and always ready to help.
