Our stay at Casa Azul in Guanajuato was simply fantastic. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with a balcony, which was not only beautifully designed but also equipped with all the amenities: a private bathroom with WC, a small refrigerator that worked perfectly, and a huge, incredibly comfortable bed. Everything worked flawlessly and left nothing to be desired. Casa Azul also impressed us with its charming courtyard full of plants and a bubbling fountain – a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. There was a small shared kitchenette with hot and cold water, as well as coffee. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, where we spent relaxed moments both in the morning and evening. The location of the accommodation is ideal – very central, allowing us to walk to all the important sights. The security system at the front door is exceptionally good, giving us an extra sense of safety. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly, both in our room and in the common areas. The host was extremely kind and friendly. She took the time to explain everything in detail, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. We especially want to highlight her efforts towards sustainability: she paid attention to responsible water usage and, for example, provided us with a bucket to collect water while it heated up. We highly recommend Casa Azul. It was a wonderful experience, and we would have loved to stay longer! If you’re looking for a place in Guanajuato where you can feel completely at ease, this is the one!

The house is grand and beautifully decorated by Rafa whose hospitality is impeccable. If we ever make it to Guanajato again, it’s a no brainer to stay here again.

We liked the rooftop bar and nice view of the city. The room is nice and bit small, but it was perfect for couple staying. Also, nice wood floor and on the walls... but there are no windows.. the good thing is that we have a fan in the room, so it was okay. We definitely come back in the future and stay here again.

Arturo went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay, including picking us up from the airport late at night himself. The room was clean, comfortable, in a great location and with daily housekeeping. If we come back to Guanajuato i would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend
