The location is excellent - walking distance to transport, the old town, restaurants, bars, museums etc. The rooms are good. The shared bathrooms are clean. The WiFi is good in shared areas, so-so in the room. This is the third time we have stayed here, and would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place, very high quality furnishings, you can see that the owners pay attention to detail. Very cool hacienda vibe. I stayed for 2 nights in January so it was the off season. Very quiet neighborhood, about 3Km to center, easy and affordable to zip around using Uber in Atlixco so not a problem. You can walk to the bus pretty quick also. Owners are very nice and breakfast is good! Property is beautiful and spacious- if you have kids this seems like a perfect spot.
