The location was convenient to the downtown area, it was close to many restaurants and stores. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was a good place to rest after a long day of walking around. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

This hotel is located in the historic centre of Puebla, just 10 minutes’ walk from the main square and a 5-minute walk from O’Jenkins Convention Centre. It offers free on-site parking. This place was in a great location, good breakfast, & great staff.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - walking distance to transport, the old town, restaurants, bars, museums etc. The rooms are good. The shared bathrooms are clean. The WiFi is good in shared areas, so-so in the room. This is the third time we have stayed here, and would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place, very high quality furnishings, you can see that the owners pay attention to detail. Very cool hacienda vibe. I stayed for 2 nights in January so it was the off season. Very quiet neighborhood, about 3Km to center, easy and affordable to zip around using Uber in Atlixco so not a problem. You can walk to the bus pretty quick also. Owners are very nice and breakfast is good! Property is beautiful and spacious- if you have kids this seems like a perfect spot.
