Free washer and dryer, free water was so handy too. Check in was smooth and easy.

I booked family suite with two rooms, three queen beds; two bathrooms. Very spacious, well furnished as well as very beautifully decorated. The premise has common lounge, kitchen and dining. There is a refrigerator, microwave oven, water dispenser in the kitchen. The hotel also provide a washing machine as a kind gesture. The hotel is surrounded with many interesting eateries nearby, either walking distance or short drive away (Greentown business center). Ipoh Parade is just 10 minutes walking. I consider myself very fortunate for choosing The Ranch, out of so many nice vacation rentals in Ipoh.

There was a small kitchen with washing sink which is very convenient. We had lunch in the cafe nearby which was very reasonable and food was delicious.
