The location on the north side of Camiguin island is close to most major tourist attractions and restaurants. The grounds of the resort are cozy and tropical. The property owner's caretaker, Maureen, was very friendly and helpful. She provided good tips during our stay and was easy to reach whenever needed. I also liked that they have scooters onsite available for rent with good pricing and free filtered water is provided to refill water bottles. I would stay here again.

The staff were amazing and always helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and the bed was comfy and the shower had hot water. The lounge area outside was super nice with hammocks. I have nothing bad to say on my stay there + the cat there is super cute and friendly hehe

They cleaned our room and gave us fresh bed sheets and towels every couple of days. It is a 15 min walk to all the main shops and restaurants. We also hired a bike with the help of Ellice. Ellice was really amazing throughout our 6 nights here, so helpful and we could message directly on WhatsApp. What a lovely person they was.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this accommodation! 🌟 The place was incredibly clean and well-equipped – nothing was missing. The hosts were especially warm and helpful. What really impressed us was how they assisted us when we had food poisoning, offering helpful advice and being there for us. It truly felt like being with friends! 🙏 We would definitely return and highly recommend this place! 😊

Felicidad Pension House exceeded all my expectations in every way. Will stay only here every time I'm in Gensan. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Mam Excel, the owner, for making our stay memorable and for taking care of all our requests and needs. Our stay felt like we're really staying with a very close family member. The location of the property was amazing, we had free coffee every morning and the NICEST staff I have ever met. Kenneth and Mayflower are awesome and so welcoming! Aircon worked the whole time. Power went out for the whole city but the place had a generator so we were not affected! Would highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Siargo!
