The location on the north side of Camiguin island is close to most major tourist attractions and restaurants. The grounds of the resort are cozy and tropical. The property owner's caretaker, Maureen, was very friendly and helpful. She provided good tips during our stay and was easy to reach whenever needed. I also liked that they have scooters onsite available for rent with good pricing and free filtered water is provided to refill water bottles. I would stay here again.

Set in Mambajao, a few steps from Agoho Beach, Bahandi Beach Lodge offers accommodation with a garden and free private parking. We loved this place. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but very clean and there is a lovely additional communal area to chill in too. A scooter whilst not essential is the best way to get around the island, not my favourite mode of transport, but the roads are in reasonable condition and not at all busy. The property arranged for our pick up from the airport in a tricycle (super cheap and convenient) and Nana was super helpful in arranging a scooter for us after we arrived.

Avida Tower 1 features accommodation in Cagayan de Oro near Capitol University Museum of Three Cultures and Limketkai Center. Place was tidy and interior design was good! makes it look bigger than other units.

Sodela Events Place & Inn is situated in Katungal and features a garden. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The outside garden area was very nice to enjoy watching the rain in the evening.

Camiguin KALIMBA DE LUNA INN is offering accommodation in Mambajao. The inn features both free WiFi and free private parking. Incredible place. Everything is immaculate. Not just the room, but the outdoors as well is spotlessly clean, by far the cleanest place I've stayed at during my 5 months in the country. It's not very often rooms have clean mirrors, but here they were sparkling clean. Don't get put off by the seemingly boring 'highway location'. The very modern and almost new rooms are out on the back. Each of them has a private patio with a proper western size table and chairs. DS as well. The spacious room came with a good Aircon, a fridge, a kettle and a bed lamp, in addition to a huge amount of electric outlets, even outside on the patio. Excellent lighting. The bathroom was also spacious, and came with a divider by the shower. Hot shower, toilet paper and toiletries. The WiFi is very good. Excellent location near the port for the ferries to Bohol. It's very fast and cheap to get to and from town with the frequent Motorelas. I'm a budget traveller so with cheap, I mean cheap. I don't drive a motorbike, so if I knew this place was as nice as it was, and that the transport from here was so easy, then I would have stayed here for my entire week, instead of jumping around to different hotels.

The best thing was the size of the room: it was very spacious! There was a double bed, a bench, an ottoman, a bedside table, a desk and chair, a closet, and an external sink, and there was still plenty of space for large luggage and maybe even an extra bed. Lots of places to sit and put your things, but no bumping into each other in a cramped space. The shower was also very spacious. At the top floor is an open lounge area nice for hanging out. Filipino breakfast is good and included in price. Parking available in the open driveway. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and accommodated our requests.

Set in General Luna, 100 metres from General Luna Beach, Gratitude Inn offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. While planning my stay in Siargao, I booked somewhat late, so options were limited. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Gratitude Inn, and the photos looked inviting and fresh. The inn is tucked away in a quiet alley, providing a peaceful retreat away from the bustling streets. With only three rooms available, it felt exclusive and private, which I really appreciated. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the room’s spaciousness. The bedroom was large enough to comfortably accommodate two people, and the bathroom was equally roomy and immaculately clean. There’s even a small front “porch” before you enter the room, which added a cozy touch. One of the highlights of my stay was how accessible the owner was. Reaching out was easy, and I received quick responses, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at Gratitude Inn was wonderful. If you’re looking for a peaceful and private spot in Siargao, I highly recommend this place!
