The owner and all the staff were extremely friendly and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine in our room. They provided us with many recommendations for activities and restaurants and even made reservations for us. The breakfast was great! There was a nice selection of food and beverages, and the staff would even cook the bacon and eggs whichever way we wanted when we would come down, making sure everything was hot and fresh for us. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular! I definitely recommend getting an ocean view room, you will not be disappointed. The hot tub was also very nice. The location is great because it is close to the beach and to the downtown of Ponta Delgada but the street is quiet and peaceful. Excellent central point to explore the island from. The owner and staff really make you feel like family. I cannot recommend this place enough, I will definitely be staying here again!
