It was in a comfortable place for us. We took a car. The host was outstandingly nice, better than anyone I have met before. The breakfast was good. The beds were ok and the bathroom was too. They had good pressure and good temperature.

The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a short stay before departure - a comfortable base after trekking and exploring Madeira, with easy access to the city for last-minute shopping.
