Hotel posiada bajeczne tarasy, które wyglądają jak z pocztówki. Z tarasów rozciąga się piękny widok, są świetnym punktem widokowym na oglądanie rano wznoszących się balonów. Śniadanie było bardzo różnorodne i przepyszne. Na miejscu wszyscy byli bardzo mili i pomocni. Ze względu na wczesny wylot z Kayseri, musiałyśmy się wymeldować z samego rana i wyjechać o 5 rano, dzień wcześniej dostałyśmy śniadanie na rano. Personel na miejscu jest przemiły i bardzo pomocny. Jeśli chcecie zarezerwować lot balonem lub inne atrakcje jak jazda konna w dolinie to są w stanie wszystko przygotować i umówić. Bardzo polecam i z pewnością przy kolejnej wizycie w Kapadocji wrócę tam.

Obiekt Serinn House położony jest w miejscowości Ürgüp i zapewnia ogród, wspólny salon, taras oraz bar. Highly recommend Serinn House in Urgup as the best place to experience the magic of Cappadocia. A beautifully renovated 3 room cave hotel a 15 minute downhill walk outside the charming village of Urgup, which has all the old cave homes, lovely places to eat and gorgeous local hand crafts and all the Turkish souvenirs. I advise getting a taxi back as its a hefty uphill walk back, there is a taxi rank and a taxi will set you back about 300 Lira - around €3. Erin and her staff are beautiful, friendly and helpful people and they made our stay really special. Erin's English is impeccable and all her recommendations were brilliant. We stayed at the end of October and I posted a picture of SOME of the gorgeous breakfast - we were the only ones staying in the hotel and there was everything you might possibly want and the quality was outstanding, The whole experience was so much better than many of the fancy or boutique hotels I've stayed in and is really great value for money. I only wish I could go back! Urgup is a great base to explore Cappadocia and much prettier and real than places like Goreme which were pretty cheap and tacky looking but oddly expensive.

A small hotel run by a great family. Located some 200 m from the bus station and city center, very convenient for people using the public transport. Sahin, ( the son) is very kind and helped us a lot in all travel arrangements and you can trust him to find a good price for a balloon ride or any other excursion you may want to do. Thank you very much Sahin for all your good advices. Farouk, the father is very friendly, always offering us Turkish tea and chat. The breakfast is amazing, all organic, I won't forget the honey and home made butter and yogurt. All products come from the family farm and are delirious. There is a nice view from the rooftop terrace. Rooms are simple and decorated in the traditional Turkish style.
