Everything was lovely about this place. Our host was phenomenal. He helped us with everything and kept the place absolutely spotless. The rooms were spacious and had absolutely everything we could've asked for. The beach was right across the street and parking at the Inn was reserved for us. We all wished we had been able to stay longer to use more of the amenities and to see the area better. When we come back, we will definitely stay again.

Davis House Inn ligger i Sebastian i Florida og har grillutstyr. Her bor du 7 minutters gange fra Capt Hiram Resort Beach og 35 kilometer fra Sea Turtle Preservation Society Melbourne Beach. The location is excellent as it is a one minute walk to the marina and a just a couple of minutes to several good restaurants. I stayed for over two weeks and found the kitchen really handy. The owners are super helpful and lovely people. I will definitely choose Davis House Inn for future visits to Sebastian!

I almost hesitated to give a review in the event too many people find this lovely spot, but the owners, staff, and spot deserve a beaming review. We loved the layout, care taken with decor and functionality of the unit, and the closeness to a private beach! The pool and deck was just outside the unit which was so nice. They also provide everything you need for the beach and many of the basic tools/toiletries needed in the kitchen and bathroom, which is ideal for anyone flying in like ourselves. We also loved the care taken by everyone there.. we felt very welcome, and that we could contact them anytime if needed. They've been working so hard to restore the inn after the hurricane this October, and we can confidently say they've done a fabulous job. We would love to return one day soon! Definitely an ideal stay for anyone looking for a true island/beach getaway with the comforts of home.
