Sajūta bija ka esam nonākuši mazdārziņu rajonā. Dzīvojām mājiņā, kura ir pārbūvēta par apartamentiem. Aiz sienas viss dzirdams ko dara kaimiņi. Tur viesnīcai būtu kur veikt kādus uzlabojumus. Vannas istabā nav plauktiņu kur novietot higienas lietas. Istaba tīra, ir gāzes apkure ja kļūst vēsi. Teritorijā ir apsildāms baseins, ir restorāns. Brokastis var iegādāties par papildus samaksu, zinot Armēnijas cenas domāju bija par dārgu, neteiktu ka izvēle bija liela. Kafija šķīstošā. Sevana ezers turpat blakus. Pludmale ar akmentiņiem, grants.
