Very comfortable space. Plenty of room for a short trip away. Excellent communication with the host. All facilities available. Very comfortable beds, lovely jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. Easy access to the buses into Salzburg. 20 mins bus ride. Supermarkets 5/10 minute walk away.

Appeared fairly new and extremely well kept. Restful and beautiful. Property owner lives on the first floor. We didn’t stay long enough as I wish we had.

I wanted a hotel with retro charm that was family-run and offered wellness facilities, and that's exactly what I got: a rustic atmosphere, staff who really go out of their way to make you feel at home, peace and quiet, and an excellent breakfast.

Room #25 is the best, spectacular view from the window!

Great location! It was nestled up in the foothills, very quiet and peaceful. It was a great place to get away to and relax.

The breakfast was amazing! Fruit, berries, meat, eggs, smoked salmon, rolls, butter, juice served to our room by an impeccable and Austrian waiter early in the morning.

The hotel is in a peaceful location within a short walk to the airport and with great access to Salzburg's excellent frequent free transport system which takes you to the city in around twenty minutes. All the staff are friendly and helpful and run the hotel brilliantly. Nothing was too much for them and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family looking to visit Salzburg.

The property is Beautiful. Communication with the owner was great. The house is laid out perfectly for a family. Sauna and whirlpool are great bonuses. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect as we were able to put the family chef to work for meals 😁. I would highly recommend. Close proximity Salzburg and Salt Mine Tours. Would welcome the opportunity to stay here again!

Great location, half way between Salzburg, Berchtesgaden and a 75min trip to Hallstatt via car. Hotel is amazing- nice room size w/couch, comfy bed and plenty of room for suitcases, eg: shrunk. Huge bathroom. 300m flat walk from hotel in Germany to bus stop in Austria (to Salzburg). Bus is free (part of the spa tax at hotel) to Salzburg (where parking is an issue). This hotel has more amenities than any I've stayed at previously (& we travel a lot): very good breakfast/free; counted 19 bikes available for touring the roads/hiking paths for free (all the bikes were kept in amazing shape); indoor pool (& outdoor pool that was a little chilly in October); 2 saunas (at roughly 30C); weight area; exercise area with 2 or 3 cardio machines and the best part- running paths in every direction- typically ran 5-10 miles every morning, loved it. Hotel was absolutely beautiful, could take pic's of it from magazines.
