The staff was extremely friendly, the room was huge and had everything we needed. The location was amazing - you could see the lake and the mountains from the balcony, it was also a two minutes walk away from the funicular station to the salt mine. The breakfast buffet was good too.

The property is at a nice and quiet place. It has a really nice view with an outside garden that you can use with addition to a grill, that we didn't use cause of the weather, sadly. Overall great stay and the host is really friendly!

Our stay was wonderful! The location was great, the view from the bed room was gorgeous. The apartment was equiped with everything necessary. The host was super friendly and helpful, we received and made use of advice regarding places to visit, good restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves a lot! Thank you!

Great location. Amazing breakfast and food in general. Every single member of the staff delivers perfect service. This is challenging and a great achievement. Respect. The room was nice and most importantly quiet. The view to the Loser is wonderful. I’m not the Spa type so I didn’t use it a lot but it’s nice, it was not overcrowded and the teabar plus nuts and dry fruit is welcomed. I would have appreciated a higher water temperature in the pools but that’s minor. It was warm enough to feel good inside. The golf course is around the corner and next to the hotel. I’m not an expert but the course looked rather mediocre to me and just as much maintained as necessary. But that’s not part of the hotel and not their responsibility. I will definitely come back again.
