Located in a nice and quiet hillside neighbourhood facing the bay, you have a lovely view, but also the all-day-long noise of the traffic from the main road and train lines below. Luckily, the nights are less noisy. The nicely furnished room is absolutely spacious and comfortable with a large wardrobe and big bathroom; however, it is overdecorated with kitschy stuff, therefore it feels less clean and elegant than it could be without them. You have basic kitchen equipment in the room to have a small breakfast or something (which worked perfectly for us), but a large, fully equipped kitchen and living room as a common area, if you feel like cooking properly. For us, who usually don't use A/C, it was very unpleasant that the entire building felt like a refrigerator, and since it has a central heating system, we were not able to switch it off in the room, and we were freezing until the neighbouring guests left, and then the owner adjusted the normal temperature for us. But all in all, it is a very nice and comfortable place to stay.
