The hotel is super comfortable, it is already the third or fourth time I stay there. The housekeeping is very careful and changes towels everyday, as well as they always offer us bottled water everynight. I think this makes the difference. The location is awesome and our room had the view of the bund, which was perfect. At the same time it is far away from the buzzing and traffic jam area. Also the size of the room is very spacious, and 3 people can stay comfortably. They have LAGO restaurant, which is Italian and has amazing views of the Bund. In room service is also very good. They have black cod in both restaurant and room-service, which is my favorite fish. To finish, I think the hotel has a very good value for money.

Concierge staff , Eric Hu & another tall gentleman with transparent frame glasses (forgot to note his name tag) were very helpful esp when they realised i had prob bearing weight on my right arm.Deeply appreciate their help and service esp when travelling alone with an injured arm.

Service staff were very helpful. Before check in, they stored our luggage then delivered it to our rooms once the room was ready. Then sent us walking guides for the neighbourhood. They were always easily contactable via wechat and answered all our questions. Location near Wukang Road, very pleasant to walk around. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are fantastic. Very comfortable; I slept so well

It was a very comfortable and lovely stay, a home away from home with everything well catered for. We appreciated that the pantry was well stocked with snacks and beverages. The apartment was spacious for our family of 6. Walking distance to amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants and eateries. The apartment owners checked in on us regularly via WeChat to ensure we had everything we needed and they could also be easily reached if we had questions.

The room is clean and tidy, very warm and exquisite, and every part reveals the owner's intention and taste. The location of the homestay is also great, with convenient transportation. It takes only a few minutes by subway to get there, and there is a convenience store downstairs. There is also a shopping center nearby. I am particularly satisfied with this stay experience!
