The staff were friends and the view from the top roof looking at the pyramids what more can I say amazing.

Everything, the bed was super comfortable best sleep I have had during our Egypt trip, property is well maintained and the staff is super helpful and welcoming, felt right at home, special thanks to Patricia who ensured we had a memorable and wonderful stay, thank you to the F&B staff, front desk and Hsk department,concierge and bellboys, the whole staff really ! I will definitely stay there again. The location is prime and the view from the rooms is just wonderful overlooking the Nile River. Breakfast is rich with many options, fresh juice and a wide variety satisfying all dietary needs.

Our stay at the Fairmont Nile City Hotel was truly outstanding from beginning to end. From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted us with warmth and efficiency, making us feel welcome and valued right away. The check-in process was seamless, and the attention to detail was evident throughout our entire stay. The room was luxurious, spacious, and offered stunning views of the Nile. We were impressed by the elegance and comfort of the space, which made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, contributing to an overall sense of relaxation and indulgence. Room service was another highlight of our stay. The menu offered a wide range of delicious options, and every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection. The service was prompt and delivered with a smile, adding to our overall positive experience. Whether we were enjoying a late-night snack or a leisurely breakfast, the quality of the food and service was consistently excellent. Throughout our stay, the staff at Fairmont Nile City went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo with our family (2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 13). The environment was elegant and relaxing, the rooms spotless, and the staff incredibly polite and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, catering perfectly to both adults and children. The location is ideal—central yet peaceful—with stunning views of the Nile. Everything was truly excellent. Highly recommended!

To be honest I never expected to be in a such a nice place especially when u talking about pyramids aerea where u never get what u see but this time I found out this amazing place with what I believe the best view I ever had with a beautiful swimming pool at the rooftop

Excellent services There is a laundry man, he is an honest man. I forgot an amount of money in my clothes. He found it and informed the officials about it, and they brought it to me. I don’t remember his name. I forgot.

It was in a quiet location, very clean and the rooms were spacious. It was worth the money i paid and omg the food at the main restaurant was really goood.

I would like to express my sincere satisfaction for the wonderful welcoming of my family at le pacha hôtel, Hospitality was very good, hotel is very clean with panoramic view to pyramids, I totally recommend to book this hotel if would to come to Cairo. When I arrived at this hotel, I immediately felt at home. Its energy is magical, it smells wonderful, and the rooms are very clean and have all the comforts. The guardians of this place welcome you with so much love. I recommend it 100%. ✨ Aya is wonderful. When I arrived, I felt like giving her a big hug. 🤍

The ambience is amazing. They really have 5 star standards. Staff is very much helpful. Spa was as per your requirement. Loved the food. Ambience is refreshing.
