I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sarah from Guest Relations for her help and follow-up throughout my stay, Ms. Yara from Guest Relations for her continuous willingness to help and for making my stay feel easy and comfortable, and Mr. Tarek at the front desk for his reliability and care.
