To be honest I'm extremely fussy but I couldn't fault this hotel the suite was lovely, the bed big and comfy. Staff were all so nice and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant and food was wow 👌

We stayed in 2 of their rooms and they were both great, quiet and clean. Pools were great except they close at 6pm every night due to the life guards leaving. Not that the life guards watch anyway. Bit weird. Lady on the desk was lovely and so helpful especially as we were then when the war started. Facilities in the room were great

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The building and its architecture are just WOW, and being right in the center of the city makes everything so easy and comfortable. The lobby in the evening is simply magical, you really feel like royalty there. From the very first moment, the staff at the entrance were so friendly and welcoming, and during our whole stay everyone was super helpful. A special thanks to Ayelet, the main manager, who made our vacation unforgettable with her kindness and hospitality. Breakfasts were fantastic — there was something for everyone, and the cheese table was a real highlight. We also caught some live music performances at the hotel, which created such a nice atmosphere in the evenings. We left with the best impressions, and it truly made our trip unforgettable.

Relatively new. Clean, beautifully designed, great staff. Very personable. We were really impressed by the hospitality and how well we were communicated with and accommodated. We'll definitely be back and will recommend to family & friends.

The villa is H-U-G-E!!! There was more than enough space for all of the family (16 people). The pool is incredible - big, deep and with lovely heated water (we basically spent most of our days there). The central dining area is extremely spacious and allowed all of us to eat together (though we did bring in some tables from outside). In general, the villa was so comfortable and accommodating, that each of us could find their own place without it feeling overcrowded, while still allowing all of us to get together in the pool area or dining area. Definitely a win! Also, the kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything we could possibly need - dishes and utensils for a large family, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, serving plates, BBQ stuff. Very well done.

Really great apartment!!! Sweet place great facilities, mountains view from the big balcony. Two great rooms and also two bathrooms. Very clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Everything was good, the pool was warm and house is very clean. I am definitely recommending and will be coming again.

The house was huge and clean. The host was kind. The view was wonderful. The bus station and the beach is 10min away by walk. There is a barbecue place!

The location is amazing, with an amazing view, close to the Dolphins Reef and other attractions and away from all the Hussle of midtown. The heated pool was bigger than I thought and the kids had a blast! The kitchen was big and convenient to cook in and the rooms were well air conditioned and the beds were comfy. Rost (our contact guy) was super available and helpful
