Staff were absolutely perfect. Elior at Reception was charming and helpful. Orli at Customer service somehow managed to give us credits and extras that we didn't even know existed. The man who cleaned our room did an excellent job, and was very pleasant. i asked him where he was from, and he told us Akaba, and invited us to visit Jordan. Nice touch! Food was excellent. The gym looked terrific, but I didn't have time to use it.

Amazing hotel, the rooms were spacious, with amazing beds. All personal, from reception to restaurant were super friendly and helpful, you could feel they are proud to work in this new hotel

The timing of everything and the fast check in and check out . And the staff answers every question you ask them. Very good and tasty dinners

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The building and its architecture are just WOW, and being right in the center of the city makes everything so easy and comfortable. The lobby in the evening is simply magical, you really feel like royalty there. From the very first moment, the staff at the entrance were so friendly and welcoming, and during our whole stay everyone was super helpful. A special thanks to Ayelet, the main manager, who made our vacation unforgettable with her kindness and hospitality. Breakfasts were fantastic — there was something for everyone, and the cheese table was a real highlight. We also caught some live music performances at the hotel, which created such a nice atmosphere in the evenings. We left with the best impressions, and it truly made our trip unforgettable.

The first person I met was the security Namned Itzik! He helped us to park the car and was extremely helpful! It was a very good beginning at the hotel!!!

Really great apartment!!! Sweet place great facilities, mountains view from the big balcony. Two great rooms and also two bathrooms. Very clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The house was huge and clean. The host was kind. The view was wonderful. The bus station and the beach is 10min away by walk. There is a barbecue place!

Exceptional private and quiet place for having good time and rest in Eilat resort . The place it self good for lonely couples with kids as a groops of 3-4 families. Huge jacuzzi outside with barbeque staff , small jacuzzies in the rooms as well. Place it self very green .

The penthouse was perfect. It’s spacious and well-designed, with four rooms and two showers. The apartment includes a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The living room is comfortable and inviting. One of the highlights is the huge rooftop with a hot tub and gas barbeque grill , offering a stunning view. Everything was very clean and fully equipped, and the price was excellent. The owner was kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay.

The Comfort Hotel &Spa was extremely comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast had a plentiful choice of hot and cold food. The swimming pool was lovely, although it perhaps could have been slightly warmer. This is an adults only hotel and the rooms were all designated as non-smoking. The hotel is located directly opposite the main bus station and very close to many shops and restaurants. It's within a 15-20 minute walk of the beach and the big hotels/shops. The Manager, Eitan, was very helpful and understanding when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay due to the outbreak of the war against Iran.. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Apartment is 10 min easy walk to beach. It was very clean, everything we needed, comfortable and cozy. Yoram is a great host, available and easy to communicate. Perfect place
