We were on the first time on holiday on Eilat. We were met by the administrator. She was very kind and nice. Explain everything very clearly. We have a free coffee bar, a nice view from the windows. The location of the hotel is awesome. It's 10 minutes from the center of Eilat. So, we did the evening walk by beautiful Eilat.

The property was very near the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. The pool in the hotel was a good size and lovely and quiet at this time of year. The room was a good size with a hob, microwave and kettle and fridge. So we could make our own breakfast. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The guy at the reception desk upgraded my room for a fee of 400 shekels for 3 nights and he let me in the room early. Very friendly place, delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Staff were absolutely perfect. Elior at Reception was charming and helpful. Orli at Customer service somehow managed to give us credits and extras that we didn't even know existed. The man who cleaned our room did an excellent job, and was very pleasant. i asked him where he was from, and he told us Akaba, and invited us to visit Jordan. Nice touch! Food was excellent. The gym looked terrific, but I didn't have time to use it.

Everything was great also the food was tasty. The receptionist team were great.

The timing of everything and the fast check in and check out . And the staff answers every question you ask them. Very good and tasty dinners

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The building and its architecture are just WOW, and being right in the center of the city makes everything so easy and comfortable. The lobby in the evening is simply magical, you really feel like royalty there. From the very first moment, the staff at the entrance were so friendly and welcoming, and during our whole stay everyone was super helpful. A special thanks to Ayelet, the main manager, who made our vacation unforgettable with her kindness and hospitality. Breakfasts were fantastic — there was something for everyone, and the cheese table was a real highlight. We also caught some live music performances at the hotel, which created such a nice atmosphere in the evenings. We left with the best impressions, and it truly made our trip unforgettable.

The Comfort Hotel &Spa was extremely comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast had a plentiful choice of hot and cold food. The swimming pool was lovely, although it perhaps could have been slightly warmer. This is an adults only hotel and the rooms were all designated as non-smoking. The hotel is located directly opposite the main bus station and very close to many shops and restaurants. It's within a 15-20 minute walk of the beach and the big hotels/shops. The Manager, Eitan, was very helpful and understanding when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay due to the outbreak of the war against Iran.. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
