Staff were absolutely perfect. Elior at Reception was charming and helpful. Orli at Customer service somehow managed to give us credits and extras that we didn't even know existed. The man who cleaned our room did an excellent job, and was very pleasant. i asked him where he was from, and he told us Akaba, and invited us to visit Jordan. Nice touch! Food was excellent. The gym looked terrific, but I didn't have time to use it.

Everything was great also the food was tasty. The receptionist team were great.

Nice place, what is situated near mall Big Eilat, where are many eating out options. Room was comfortable and warm, with good shower. I really liked the quick, friendly and effective communication with manager of this place. Also I am grateful, that check-out time was flexible. In Eilat would definitely recommend this place, where in reasonable price you get good quality.

Rhe location, a very big room and clean

The property was very near the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. The pool in the hotel was a good size and lovely and quiet at this time of year. The room was a good size with a hob, microwave and kettle and fridge. So we could make our own breakfast. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The guy at the reception desk upgraded my room for a fee of 400 shekels for 3 nights and he let me in the room early. Very friendly place, delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Friendly environment 💯 % with people from all over the world and everyone is welcome here without any judgment. The Protection shelter is less than one minute from the doorstep away. 👍🏼

Good location, bus station in 1 minute, very clean, have big and small towels, have AC cable TV small refrigerator in room, big in lobby Yummy cake, coffee, tea from the owner very quiet place🥰🥰🥰 I’ll be back again❤️❤️❤️

Really great place, comfortable and spacious, the place is quite central, and there is a great garden to sit and chill in

The place was near to everything, Malls,clubbing,foodstore,coffee house and specially to the bus station

We really liked our stay in AN Edom suite. The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable, the fridge is big, the shower has good water pressure, there is a little yard with shade, perfect for early breakfasts. The owner is very pleasant, we arrived earlier than planned and the room was already waiting for us with AC on. There is kitchenware, an electric stove, a teapot. There's also enough storage space. The bus to the coral beaches is about 7 min walk. There are grocery stores around, one minute walk to Shufersal. We will definitely be back!

We loved the decor. The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The showers had hot running water. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Location perfect .host was very friendly and knowledgable about places and how to get there .we talked about eilat in days gone by and we knew the same people
