De conciërge, zij doen er echt alles aan zodat niet te kort komt. Het is een kindvriendelijk hotel! ( eigen menu kaarten, badjasjes, kinder palet bij aankomst etc) Verder is iedereen erg vriendelijk. Ik heb geen negatief woord over deze vestiging van deze hotel keten. Wij zijn behoorlijk wat gewend maar qua service staat deze vestiging bovenaan! Ook het eten is van zeer hoge kwaliteit. De Rondo midden in het hotel heeft een heerlijke kaart, met ruime keuze. Een aanrader is het Japanse restaurant in het hotel. Zeer variërend van Sushi tot Dim Sum, maar ook Eend en Wagu vlees. Kortom we komen zeker terug!
