Great stop for us on bicycle trip as the owner and the property were welcoming and relaxing. Room was nice and spacious. We were able to use the well equipped kitchen to prepare our dinner and have breakfast the next morning. It’s just off National Cycle Route 4 on the ridge, so convenient stopover.

The rural location is a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing break. The town of Carmarthenshire is approximately 7.5 miles from SunnyBank.(Transport is essential) The property is fully accessible for those less able and wheelchair users.It is extremely spacious throughout and impeccably clean. The large kitchen is complimented with an extensive array of equipment. The kitchen/ diner and 1st lounge ...all open plan have large duel aspect windows with extensive views of the countryside .I found this to be a pleasant and uplifting area. The main lounge, again with duel aspect windows and patio doors (probably my favourite room to relax) exceptionally bright and cheerful. The rural views are indubitably a bonus. As a wheelchair user, bathrooms can often be a challenge. This was ideal,consisting of a bath and large shower . Enough room for my wheelchair too. Twin bedroom..overlooks the rear garden. Main bedroom, king sized bed..again another superb room,duel aspect windows. One to the side , the other overlooks the rear garden and private hot tub area. On arrival, it was gratifying to receive a bottle of wine,chocolates and a hamper of treats. The utility room...There was milk and fresh juice in the fridge. A supply of useful food items in the cupboard. This was most thoughtful and profoundly appreciated. The hosts Hazel and Hugh have given Sunny Bank a great deal of thought in planning.They have obviously listened and researched the requirements of their visitors. This is an admirable quality which reflects in the property and everything it has to offer! Thank you Hazel and Hugh once again. We will see you in the near future. Diolch yn fawr iawn unwaith eto. The room size was massive and had a good view of its garden. The room was very good and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. I was lucky to get delicious cakes too. I strongly recommend this please.

I didn’t realise there were two bathrooms when I booked, which was a massive bonus as my friend and I went with our children so each family had one bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The lodges are well spaced among the trees so you really do feel away from it all. We barely saw anyone else and it was silent at night. The hot tub was a lovely addition and it was great that it was already up to temperature when we arrived.
