Check-in unkompliziert. Personal freundlich. Lage vor allem für einen Besuch des Black Country Museums sehr gut. Das Bett in unserem Zimmer war groß und bequem. Einfaches aber gutes Restaurant und ein Starbucks im Erdgeschoss. Ausreichend, günstige Parkplätze. Es ist ein Sport, Veranstaltungshotel, entsprechend viel Trubel, aber wenn man weiß worauf man sich einlässt überhaupt kein Problem. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
