Beautiful location, scenic and quiet in a very rural area. Lovely hosts who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely huts in a lush green paddock offered every comfort and extras such as hot tub and barbecue make this a place where you want to stay for longer! We had a wonderful stay at this private caravan at Ladram Bay. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly thoughtful, leaving fresh milk, bottled water, biscuits, toothbrushes and toothpaste, which was such a lovely welcome after our journey. The kids absolutely loved the retro scooters, which were a fantastic touch and kept them entertained throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this caravan and would happily return. Thank you for such a welcoming and comfortable stay!

The house, gardens and old farm buildings are all beautiful. The pool is amazing and very inviting. Steph is a great host. Welcoming and made us feel at home in her old family home! Overall was great.
