Prime location between Gergeti Church & Kazbegi village. Very peaceful atmosphere overlooking the Caucasus which embracing around u. Just like in heaven. Simply pray for the clear sky. We stayed for 4 adults, might be packed but manageable. Hot water was enough for the family. Property has everything u needed. Very warm blanket, bed & good sofa bed. Super clean place, no smell at all. Projector screen was a plus for night activities. Moreover, was the staff.. He is very sympathetic to the situation that we might could not make it due to road closures. However, we finally made it. A+ for this property. A once in a lifetime MUST!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property; it was one of the best stays of our 2.5 week trip around Georgia and we wish we could have stayed longer. The location of the property is wonderful, as it sits a little further up from the busy town, making for a very peaceful stay with amazing nature all around. The property also has uninterrupted views of the mountains and it was incredible to be able to enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sun come up. I strongly suspect this is one of the best properties in the area. Our hosts were also very gracious, and we would recommend this property to anyone coming to stay in this amazing part of the world.

We stayed at this wonderful cabin for two nights at the end of December 2024, and it was a great experience. This newly built cabin is located right next to the host family’s home. Although the hostess doesn’t speak English, her warmth and hospitality shine through as she thoughtfully communicates using Google Translate. The cabin itself is cozy, well-designed, and clean. It features all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a couch, a TV, and, most notably, a bathtub—a rare and delightful addition that sets this cabin apart from others in the region. The bathroom is equipped with reliable hot water, even in freezing weather. Privacy is maintained with a wooden fence separating the cabin from the main house, and guests have access to gated parking right in the front yard, ensuring your vehicle is safe and secure. What truly made our stay memorable was the host’s incredible hospitality. On New Year’s Eve, she surprised us with a homemade meal and sweets, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly special and welcomed. This cabin is a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and heartfelt hospitality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy getaway.

The owner is incredibly lovely, flexible, and accommodating. We got stuck in Kazbegi, as we were snowed in, and she allowed us to stay at her place longer without issue and regularly updated us about the road conditions. She prepared the sauna for us every day and was incredibly helpful. The chalet is perfectly located and very cozy. The sauna and jacuzzi are a huge plus.
