This hotel opened a couple of weeks before we arrived. So eventhough not all amenities were opened yet, we were having amazing time. Every inch of the hotel is spotless clean, personnel is always smiling and making sure that you are having a good time. Beautiful pool, breathtaking views of the rocks, valley and sea, tasty food, spacious rooms with great bathroom - this was everything we needed for great relaxing holidays:-) thank you!

The view is amazing. House is very modern and high quality. Spa, gym, barbeque, jakuzi, everything you want is available. Breakfast was great. They even gifted us great olive oils and honey. The host Dimitra was great!

Location overlooking the sea and sunset was incredible. House itself is very comfortable and has a great layout for any family or group. All facilities were in working order, we had more than we could have wished for in terms what we needed for the week's stay.

Absolutely amazing stay! 🌟 We had the most wonderful time at this apartment in the heart of Sitia. The location couldn't be better — right in the center, just steps from the seafront, tavernas, shops, and everything you might need. Despite being so central, it was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly want. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee. Will definitly will come back again.

Wonderful, spacious artistic place equipped with everything you need, in the heart of Sitia and about 5-7 minutes walk from the beach. Great host who gives you great tips about places to visit and restaurants (Taverna Hiona and Xerokampos!). Would definitely stay again!

The property is absolutely beautiful with the most magnificent views out over the valley down to the sea. The facilities are excellent with a huge pool area which is very well equipped with very comfortable sun loungers and sun shades. There is also a traditional outside BBQ and kitchen as well as a big table and chairs for outdoor dining. Jacob the property manager was excellent and on hand at all times to answer any questions we had. His family also made dinner for us one evening and brought it to the villa as well as bringing us traditional cakes and breads during our stay. I simply cannot recommend this villa more and the space internally is very comfortable with 3 large bedrooms and beautiful living space. WiFi worked well and you can log into Netflix and Disney etc if you have little ones that you need to entertain. You will need a car with this property as the nearest supermarket and village is about 1-2km away and the larger town of Makry Gialos is 3-4km. I can’t fault this property in any way and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful setting but within 1km from the beach. It is worth noting that this is a quieter area and the larger town of Iaerapetra is about a 30 min drive away and there are a lot more restaurants and bars there. The local village of Koustaras has some beautiful little restaurants right on the water edge. It’s important to explore if you are in this area to find hidden gems. We’ll be back.
