High design hotel with warm staff

The location was perfect for my activities that took place 800m away. Waking up with this view is great, and having breakfast on the balcony was very nice. Convenience of having cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, and parking spaces down the block. The staff was responsive to my inquiries and everything happened as expected

The property is spacious with several floors and 2 living rooms. Perfect if the group wants to work in one and relax in the other. The fresh smell was very appreciated in the hallways.

It is a very beautiful flat. The flat is located in a green area, and the location is very quiet. There are always parking spaces in front of the building. Due to its location on the fourth floor and the balconies that surround the flat, the view is sensational. The colours and lights of the sunsets over the sea alone could be used to create a holiday photo book. The flat is excellently designed with an open-plan kitchen and a very spacious living room. The bedrooms are at the back, so even if you are visiting with children who need to go to bed early, there is no disturbance. The bathrooms are modern, new and extremely functional. The flat is equipped with everything you need, and there is a free regular cleaning service for longer stays. The host is pet-friendly, so you can even bring your dog with you. The host is very helpful, always available and able to ‘move mountains’. The apartment is within walking distance of one of Athens' most beautiful beach promenades with cafés and restaurants. There are also smaller beaches there, which are unfortunately very busy in summer due to their quality. There are shops for daily needs, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. All in all, the flat is uncompromisingly good and an excellent solution for combining work and leisure.

Amazing brand new property in Vouliagmeni area. Comfortable apartment with responsible hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The host, Elina, was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. A big thank you to Elina for making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We would definitely love to come back!

We had such a great time at this villa! It’s super clean, spacious, and feels really cozy. The pool and outdoor area are perfect for hanging out and relaxing, and the location is quiet but still close to everything you need. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a fantastic stay at the Exceptional Villa in Voula! The house was perfect for our group – spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a real treat and made our time there even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which gave us a relaxing break, yet it’s still close enough to reach the beach and central Athens when we wanted to explore. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay near the sea!

The host was so helpful and went out of his way to assist us

The apartment was clean and close to local restaurants, Taverns, cafes and beach.
