The adult kids loved it all. Breakfast was amazing huge selection of food.Staff across the board were wonderful, totally enjoyed our short stay.

nothing.. its so bad.. cockroaches everywhere.. hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Photo is clickbait. Do not recommend. even the receiptionist is clueless.. towel were only available after 10pm. blood stains on sheets. spiders everywhere. worse hotel.

We only stayed for a short stopover after getting back from a trip to Raja Ampat and then flying back to London but after arriving, I wished I had given us a few more days at The Langham. The room was huge and gorgeous. The staff were wonderful and the food and drink were fantastic. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing.
