United StatesLet me begin by saying, exceptional staff, from the moment you step in till the moment you leave the property your are dealt with utmost respect and treated like royalty. Vikrant ,Vishal and Pankaj up in the restaurant make you feel like you are the center of their attention, provided my son with just the tikka sauce gravy as he only wanted that to eat. On Saturday night they play live music and they fulfill your request of any song. The two days I stayed at this property I couldn’t find any reasons to complain and I live in USA so I’m used to staying in Hilton, Marriott, and or Hyatt, I would rate this hotel among this group, please do not change looking forward to staying with you guys the next time I visit India.

Its good for relaxing stay but if you are more interested in touristic activities of Dharamshala, it may be difficult as there are limited public transport options. It’s nice to sit at the balcony, take in the lovely view and socialise with the other guests. Everyone seems happy here, there is a lovely friendly and homely atmosphere. The food is very good, fresh and tasty. We wish we could stay longer! We are planning on coming back for a longer stay because it’s a lovely village to stay, away from the crowds in Dharamshala.
