This is a very nice hotel with a relatively large swimming pool, considering its size. Swimming in the pool was quite refreshing after the whole day's walk throughout Assisi's old town. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).

A beautiful, extremely clean, and stylish B&B that truly felt like home. The family who run it are so lovely and welcoming — nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. This is the only place in Italy we would return to without hesitation. If I could give 20 out of 10, I would! It’s perfect. The breakfast was exceptional. 5 star gourmet. The rooms are also new and of the highest quality. We had a great view of Assisi and a sauna and steam room and something called an emotional shower. Fortunately its emotions were all good. The staff were lovely and could not have done more for us.
