Wonderfully Located up a hill . Lovely views. Great pool . Well maintained. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Great Breakfast . All need for a solid start to the day . Easy to get to by car all points of interest . Our ground floor apartment was generous in space .Sufficiently equipped for home cooking . Clean . We loved the pool .

Fantastic place to stay. Just inside the old city walls. After a day in the buzzing city it is nice to relax in the garden with a view over the valley. You can park your car on walking distance at Porta Nuova parking. A

Easy to locate in Spello close to restaurants and attractions. The owner is attentive and speaks very good English (if you cant speak Italian). The flat is clean and very well maintained with the necessities that make your stay comfortable - AC, fridge, coffee machine, microwave. It also has two WC which means no real “battle” for the bathroom in the morning!

Sweet and beautiful apartment, well equipped. Sonora is absolutely sweet, available for any request and flexible, Came to meet my requests (a lot), thank you 🙏🌸 The bed is super comfortable, I slept great. Beautiful Spoleto, great for wandering, eating, drinking, shopping and relaxing in a pastoral environment, surrounded by nature - I did a couple of nature trails.

Location - perfect location and felt very local, while still being within the old town. Stunning view, could stare at that all day! V quiet, but bars and cafe’s just down the road. A “hidden” bakery very close is a bonus! Facilities - everything we needed, and we actually cooked “at home” for two nights (though this involved 20m trek down to the excellent supermarket at the foot of the hill). Owner - Sonora was super helpful, not only during our visit but before we even got there, advising on transport options, places to visit etc. We were there during the Spello Infiorate 2026 (including the Sunday) so the town was chaotic; Sonora kindly gave us a v late checkout which was a huge help

The place smelled like a clean beauty from the begging! 🥰 It was a pleasure as the whole city. Very comfortable as it is at the center of the city. The staff, very much attentive to us. They didn't charge us the bedsheets and towels in the end, big plus.

The apartment is very close to Carlo Acutis’ tomb and to the main street, where you’ll find pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, and everything you might need. It’s also very close to the main square. The location is excellent. It has everything necessary — a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom — all very comfortable and pleasant. And Paolo, the guy who welcomed us and manages the place, was also very kind and helpful.

It’s a really nice, clean and cozy place. Made my afternoon/night/morning in Assissi eve better. The owners are really nice and helpful.

Great host and super location. The room was small but very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC worked well. Very quiet at night.

The accommodation was truly exceptional. It far exceeded our expectations. A beautiful garden, or which is sensitively cared for. Tall trees offer shade for a picnic and the pool was top. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. Yes, beautiful. I can't help but film it. Eddie, the owner, took wonderful care of us, he was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and in a beautiful restaurant setting. It is impossible to describe the whole place, it is magical. The space of the huge garden provided relaxation and the children could chase and hide in the safety of the beautiful garden with a stream, barbecue, ancient trees, and jasmine and roses smelled everywhere. No breakfast but location was excellent.

Grandfather's workshop beautifully turned into B&B. Everyday all day, you see the owner Paolo clearing and taking care of the facilities with lots of love. Located in the edge of forest, so tranquil and almost magical. Paolo recommended a restaurant Osteria del Mulino, down the street and oh my god, the best pasta! We went every single day! It's simple, uncomplicated dishes executed so well with good seasonal ingredients. Sitting in the patio looking into grape vines, stream and forest, we go there 7:30 and stayed past 11. We were almost the only English-speaking diners, and everyone is greeting each other like they are neighbors. What else a tourist wants; just adapted into local community! Thank you Paolo for this experience!

I was warmly welcomed by a very empathetic and kind host. Communication was excellent – fast responses and truly helpful in every way. Although my stay was short, it was absolutely wonderful. I consider the whole experience to be outstanding. Highly recommended!

Sergio was a wonderful and helpful host and we enjoyed fresh pastry every morning from his wife. The agriturismo is situated convinietly close to many medieval villages where you can spend a few hours or a whole day. In the evening the agriturismo is very peaceful and quiet.

Location pulita e in zona centrale.

The location is exceptional located in the piazza overlooking the Basilica Di Santa Chiara. It is 4 minutes walk away from Santa Maria Maggiore where Carlo Acutis is based. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a stunning view. The owner was so efficient and helped in every request and question. Could not be better. Will highly recommend it!

The centre was only a 5 mins walk. If there was any problems the host were quick to put them right.

Amazing apartment in Assisi, had everything we could ask for, including a great location. If you stay here, make sure to visit The Wine Shop around the corner and do the pasta making class across the road from the shop with the owners Grandma!
