This is probably the nicest apartment that we have ever stayed in. The sauna in the room was amazing. What really made it exceptional however was the young lady who works on reception. She could not have been more helpful. The free laundry and bottle of wine were the finishing touches.

We highly recommend staying here. The apartment is very tasteful decorated and is very comfortable. The host thought of everything little thing you might need whilst on vacation. The host is very responsive and personally greeted us and gave a tour of the apartment. The location is also wonderful with everything within walking distance.

The stay at Casa was magnificent. It was very clean, spacy with little private garden, very useful for our dog. Furniture and facilities were beautiful. The best place to stay in Assisi for those who do not want to be disturbed , to spent some time in nature just under the hill on which Basilica dwell. Owner came to visit us and was very kind! A wonderful apartment and wonderful hosts! Everything was sparkling new and clean. The apartment is on two levels with kitchen, dining and couch on the first level and bedroom and bathroom on the second. A lot of care has been taken by the hosts to provide a lovely, warm and welcoming space. It is possible to self-cater but we eat out. We were walking the via di San Francesco when we stayed here.

It is a beautiful flat in a beautiful medieval town on Amelia. The flat was spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and very well equipped - the owner Paola made sure we have sufficient amenities, coffee and sweets, even welcome drink! She made us feel very welcomed. It is only a few hundred yards from shops and restaurants too. You can get out to the balcony and can see the roofs of the town. Everything was magical. We had a great time.

We needed to spend one night traveling from Assisi (we couldn't get home due to the railway strike) and stayed in this apartment. The owner was very kind; he met us personally, showed us the apartment, and allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment is in perfect condition, has a great design, and is equipped with everything we need; the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and there is a beautiful view from the window of the mountains. The settlement is close to Terni's bus stops, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent. Thank you, and we will return (because we didn't have time to see Terni, particularly the famous waterfalls).

I had a wonderful stay and would happily book this apartment again. It's perfect for one person, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and flexible, making the whole stay completely stress-free. I truly appreciated the hospitality and felt at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Terni!
