This is probably the nicest apartment that we have ever stayed in. The sauna in the room was amazing. What really made it exceptional however was the young lady who works on reception. She could not have been more helpful. The free laundry and bottle of wine were the finishing touches.

ViCity Orvieto is a wonderful hidden gem, and very well located to explore the city. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but absolutely loved it! The apartment is fabulous, the 600 year frescos on the ceiling are stunning, and give a sense of grandeur and space, the whole apartment is very well appointed and designed and the hidden kitchen is fantastic with everything you need for cooking if you stayed for a length of time. Amenities also include a great little washing machine, a dryer for clothes you could hang in the tiny garden. We were greeted by Andrea's wife who showed us where to unload our car ( the apartment has a back entrance so we didn't have to carry our luggage up stairs, the first time after travelling for a month!) she then directed us to a gated carpark facility which was very convenient. Everything was clean and of really good quality, we could have easily stayed for longer as it makes a perfect base to explore Orvieto plus the surrounding areas. Highly recommended!!

Gulio came to us at the restaurant next door. He was very nice and led us to the apartment. He helped us with the parking and explained everything. We could leave early in the morning without any problem.
