Self Catering Accommodation in Spello

The location is in the old part of Spello, and everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance, including the Pinturicchio fresco cycle in the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and a museum containing impressive Roman mosaics. The host was very kind and helpful.

The house is very clean, and has a wonderful view of the valley. It’s located in the old city. Although the house is not huge but it has all the facilities you need eg. Well-equipped kitchen. But what we loved the most is the owners. They are extremely helpful. We had an issue with car so had to catch train which arrived late at night. The owner (Walter) drove all the way to the train station to pick us up and helped carry our luggages into the apartment. That is very kind of him. Much appreciated. Furthermore, we were interested to taste olive oil that they produce so we asked. Instead they offered a full tasting / dinner with a very reasonable price. The food is delicious and has not only their olive oil but also other local produce. Sorona speaks fluent English and very knowledgeable. We were full and content. If we come to Spello again we will definitely stay at one of their properties, nowhere else.

Sweet and beautiful apartment, well equipped. Sonora is absolutely sweet, available for any request and flexible, Came to meet my requests (a lot), thank you 🙏🌸 The bed is super comfortable, I slept great. Beautiful Spoleto, great for wandering, eating, drinking, shopping and relaxing in a pastoral environment, surrounded by nature - I did a couple of nature trails.

Everything. The house is nice and the garden really lovely. Situated in the quite end of town, yet close to all you need and the incredible town of Assisi. Roberto and Rita are most welcoming, helpful and caring.

Wonderful place, with amazing views from the terrace. Cozy small pool with clean and fresh water. Outstanding friendly staff, especially with Romina, who made a wonderful dinner, whick my kids keep talking about until now. Would love to come back!

Terra dei Santi is an exceptional place! The moment you arrive you just feel at peace. It's beautiful, the location is perfect to visit Spello and surrounding towns. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The swimming pool is great. This was the second time we came and this time with our 3-year old boy. He loved it as well. There is a playpark, basketball court and the owner was kind enough to let our son play with their grandson's toys. It is perfect for families. Parents can relax and children can enjoy. We will continue to come back. Thank you for all.

Perfect for a family, Casa Berti is immaculately clean, very spacious with a lovely host. The apartment has everything you could need, with a lovely breakfast supplied. Easy walking distance from Spello historic centre. Highly recommended

Nice little, clean apartment. The bed (bigger double) was comfortable. (For me one more pillow would be better). The bathroom was nicely decorated. The apartment is in a small street, close to the center.

What a wonderful, gorgeous place to stay. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive when we arrived late and had trouble finding parking.

A great accommodation. the room was a flat and was well equipped. The location is excellent being in the country about 10 minutes from Spello. The pool is excellent. Our room had a lovely patio out side for our personal use. the owners are very friendly

The property and owner, Giulio were both fantastic. The property is beautiful - we had the 2 bed apartment at the end so had our own terrace. Inside it is extremely clean and comfortable - comfortable beds, loads of towels, good shower with plenty of hot water and a very well equipped kitchen - if you wanted, you could prepare and cook most things. Outside gardens and the pool are perfectly kept, with amazing views of Spello. The owner is extremely helpful - easy to contact, provided accurate and helpful directions to the property and he was happy to arrange table reservations, late check out etc. Giulio could not be more accommodating and pleasant. We also had the pleasure of meeting his mum with her beautiful smile! The property is a 5 min drive out of Spello. In the end we never did walk to town but it would have been possible in 30 mins but seemed like given the v quiet country roads back (with no street lighting) we would have got a taxi back. Property is equidistant to both Spello and Foligno - both worth visiting.

The best accommodation we have stayed in Italy. The hosts were extremely helpful in welcoming us. The apartment is very comfortable with a lot of extra little welconing touches, making it feel like a special experience The location is fantastic, next to a bakery with a great supermarket across the road.

Absolutely loved Pietra Rosa! A characteristic, old building right beside Torre Quadrano in the quiet countryside, a five minute drive from car parking to Spello’s historical centre. We were in the spacious superior apartment - dark inside, with exposed brickwork, arches and wooden beamed ceiling. Very clean, well maintained (both inside & out), and good wi-fi and air conditioning. At one end is the bedroom with comfortable bed; in the middle is lounge area with two settees and dining area, with a well equipped kitchen off this room; and then the bathroom with good shower. Particularly loved the outdoor facilities - on the western side is a bar-like area (maybe shared with the other two apartments?); large grass area beside the tower with sun-loungers and pool (plus outhouse with laundry facilities). To the east is a bbq area (communal?). Plus our apartment’s private area - dining, loungers and coffee table/chairs. Loved sitting here in the evening with the lights on, reading - blissful relaxation after a busy day exploring the area!

The most beautiful old farmhouse with a view we couldn't stop looking at! The people we met were SO friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful week.

In the heart of Spello, on the prettiest street! Julia, the host, was most amazing with anything we needed, we had free parking in a public parking lot where she came to show us where to park, then helped us with our luggage to the apartment. The apartment had everything you need. I'd love to go back!!
