The host was very friendly and welcoming, and in general the place was very clean, calm and comfortable. I definitely recomend the Le Pinelle B&B, I'd visit here again if I come to Terni again!

This was a wonderful apartment, so clean, new, and comfortable. Our room included a bathroom, and the common area was spacious. Breakfast was self serve and included yogurts, milk and juices. It is located about a 15 drive to the Marble Falls, a spectacular site and highly recommended! When messaging through Booking.com, Rosyb&b responded quickly and after meeting Aurora, she was so very kind and friendly. And she gave us a great restaurant recommendation too.

We needed to spend one night traveling from Assisi (we couldn't get home due to the railway strike) and stayed in this apartment. The owner was very kind; he met us personally, showed us the apartment, and allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment is in perfect condition, has a great design, and is equipped with everything we need; the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and there is a beautiful view from the window of the mountains. The settlement is close to Terni's bus stops, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent. Thank you, and we will return (because we didn't have time to see Terni, particularly the famous waterfalls).

The apartment is situated in a very central area just 15 mins away from Cascata dei Marmo, 45 mins to Assisi, and 1hr30 to Rome. The apartment is super comfortable and extremely clean. The host is very nice and super helpful. I would suggest it to anyone, and I will be super looking forward to stay at La casa Rosa the next time I will be visiting Umbria

Very efficient check in given that I booked two hours before arrival. Staff very nice to ensure that I have the instructions for self check in over the phone. The room was large. Within walking distance from the centre.

Lovely apartment in the hills of the town of Terni. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was well set up. Bathroom was spacious. I needed to do some washing and was offered the washing machine on site, which was so convenient. When washing was finished, host delivered it to my room. There was parking outside the door of our apartment. Loved it and would go back.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily book this apartment again. It's perfect for one person, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and flexible, making the whole stay completely stress-free. I truly appreciated the hospitality and felt at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Terni!

Very friendly welcome and assistance settling in. The room was super spacious, and our host even offered a different room that had air conditioning. Bed was comfy, bathroom and kitchen were clean and the room is in a convenient location.
