Perfect easy stay, self check in and spotless clean and everything you need at the supermarket is just over the street and the city is just 2-3onites walk...also the co-working space is just across the street who often have great love music events

It was our second stay at La Casa Rosa, though in different apartments. Studio flat is spacious, perfect for a couple, very clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you can possibly need. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Communication with Annalisa before arrival was quick with easy instructions on how to collect the house keys. La Casa Rosa is 10 minutes walk from train station and a supermarket is very close nearby. Perfect location for town centre too. We'll definitely be back when visiting Terni again.

The building and the rooms were very clean. The service staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite. There is a supermarket right next door! And it is very close to mamore waterfalls- not to be missed! We had a very nice and comfortable stay!

The king room with the external bathroom had the comfiest bed I slept on in years! Maybe it was really good maybe my other stops in Italy left a lot to be desired. Anyway, we booked it for the night as we were driving back from Rome to Germany and it was perfect. We parked behind the building and got a good night sleep. Key box so you don't really have to wait for anyone. There was no one else at the apartment so we had everything to ourselves for the night. The bathroom despite being outside the room was very clean and roomy. They also had a complimentary coffee pod that was perfect to get on the road as quick as possible.

New apartment, clean and well equipped for couple+1. Walking distance to the city center . Has rooftop with big jacuzzi and relaxing area, unfortunately it didn't work when we were there.

A super comfortable apartment- the bed was exceptionally comfortable as was the lounge. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable and were very prompt in their communication- they even let us borrow their moka pot so that we could enjoy some fresh coffee. The apartment is outstanding value for money and close to the city centre as well as a great restaurant and supermarket. Do not hesitate to book La piccola Flo!

A great place to stay close to the center. The apartment was comfortable, equipped with everything and even some complimentary water, bread and jam were provided for the mornings, which was much appreciated. Parking is easy, there are spaces right in front of the building. The garden was a nice addition for my dog and Simona was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful five-night stay at B&B La Vecchia Stalla in a private room. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere that makes it a true escape from the busyness of city life. Situated approximately five kilometres outside of town, it is the perfect place to slow down, relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The location feels wonderfully secluded while still being close enough to town when needed. The owners were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating throughout my stay. Their kindness made me feel genuinely welcome, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. On the day I arrived, no buses were operating, so they kindly collected me from the train station—an incredibly thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. Overall, B&B La Vecchia Stalla is a peaceful and welcoming retreat made even more special by its wonderful owners. I thoroughly enjoyed my five nights there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the city and enjoy a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

The house is very cozy and the view is spectacular. We had to take our flight back and wished we could have stayed here at least for a week to really enjoy the house, the village and the surroundings.

We arrived at apartments at night. Owners met us and help us to reach the apartments. It’s typical Italian house, it helped us to fell ourselves Italians. And the most beautiful place was a terrace with wonderful view where we eat our breakfast. Everything was great!

As soon as you enter the apartment, you're welcomed by a cozy living room that opens up to a beautiful balcony with a peaceful view of nature. It feels calm, scenic, and instantly puts you at ease. To the left, there’s a small, charming kitchen (I really appreciated the clear system for separating waste — plastic, paper, bio waste — which shows great care for the environment). Walking down the hallway, you’ll find a large, stylish mirror that really stands out and adds a lovely touch to the space. The bedroom is quite spacious, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is practical and well-equipped — everything felt just right.

Very new, clean, comfortable and beautiful place. Has everything you’d need - full kitchen, TV, shower, bath. Walkable to restaurants and the center. The host was responsive and helpful :)
