A super comfortable apartment- the bed was exceptionally comfortable as was the lounge. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable and were very prompt in their communication- they even let us borrow their moka pot so that we could enjoy some fresh coffee. The apartment is outstanding value for money and close to the city centre as well as a great restaurant and supermarket. Do not hesitate to book La piccola Flo!

Wonderful apartment very big and beautifully decorated. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Shops with delicious pastries, a pizza takeaway and very nice coffee shop are all very close. Walking to downtown took us about 8 minutes. Lot's of free parking on the street.

The old part of town is nice, and has a wide variety of...

The old part of town is nice, and has a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and nightlife to choose from. It is worth a visit, but you shouldn’t expect Terni to have the same historical splendour that many other old Italian towns/cities have. It is an industrial city, and it reflects that more than other towns. I happen to be there at the start of the San Valentino festival, so was able to enjoy a passeggiata through the lit up streets.

Terni is a wonderful city.

Terni is a wonderful city. In my opinion it's a hidden gem of Italy. It's an easy 1-hour train ride from Rome, and on the way to all the northern Italian cities. Terni Centro has almost no cars, so incredibly walking friendly, full of cafes, gelaterias, and pizza. All, with picture book old Italian architecture. Also, Terni really comes alive after 4pm!

Terni was great as a base.

Terni was great as a base. Good rail connections to Assisi, Spello and Perugia. Nothing much in Terni itself. Try to find accommodation close to railway station. We used taxi to get to Cascata Marmore but there is a bus.

We stayed only one night in Terni!

We stayed only one night in Terni! we received a very warm welcome from Anna and recommendations and assistance with local restaurants for our evening meal. Our apartments were very comfortable and had lovely views over the hills. The residence is right beside Collescipole - beautiful old town which we wandered through the next morning. The Marmone Falls are also well worth a visit. Would highly recommend a stay.

Just forget the pool for a minute: the apartment was super clean and smelled nicely, we felt at home immediately, the big charming living room with a open fire place can be used in the winter, in June you will sit outside and enjoy the terrific view over Terni. Two bedroom with good beds, two bathrooms, all clean and comfortable. We (two older couples) have seen several places and this was the most enjoyable one! On top comes the pool, which is warm, clean and no to little chlorine inside, with the wonderful view, you feel paradise!

It was our second stay at La Casa Rosa, though in different apartments. Studio flat is spacious, perfect for a couple, very clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you can possibly need. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Communication with Annalisa before arrival was quick with easy instructions on how to collect the house keys. La Casa Rosa is 10 minutes walk from train station and a supermarket is very close nearby. Perfect location for town centre too. We'll definitely be back when visiting Terni again.
