We needed to spend one night traveling from Assisi (we couldn't get home due to the railway strike) and stayed in this apartment. The owner was very kind; he met us personally, showed us the apartment, and allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment is in perfect condition, has a great design, and is equipped with everything we need; the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and there is a beautiful view from the window of the mountains. The settlement is close to Terni's bus stops, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent. Thank you, and we will return (because we didn't have time to see Terni, particularly the famous waterfalls).

Carlo è bravissimo! extremely lovely and kind. The property is very spacious, very clean and in a great location. A calm part of Terni but close to the station, the city centre, and the beautiful sites of Terni and Umbria. It was the perfect stop for us in the middle of our honeymoon to wash our clothes, and reset. I would highly recommend this property - and have already to family! 10/10 stars.

Terni is a wonderful city.

Terni is a wonderful city. In my opinion it's a hidden gem of Italy. It's an easy 1-hour train ride from Rome, and on the way to all the northern Italian cities. Terni Centro has almost no cars, so incredibly walking friendly, full of cafes, gelaterias, and pizza. All, with picture book old Italian architecture. Also, Terni really comes alive after 4pm!

Terni was great as a base.

Terni was great as a base. Good rail connections to Assisi, Spello and Perugia. Nothing much in Terni itself. Try to find accommodation close to railway station. We used taxi to get to Cascata Marmore but there is a bus.

We stayed only one night in Terni!

We stayed only one night in Terni! we received a very warm welcome from Anna and recommendations and assistance with local restaurants for our evening meal. Our apartments were very comfortable and had lovely views over the hills. The residence is right beside Collescipole - beautiful old town which we wandered through the next morning. The Marmone Falls are also well worth a visit. Would highly recommend a stay.

Apartment is well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, very welcoming. It's all you could want, and in an absolutely super location. Check in was a breeze, the hosts couldn't have been more helpful with their instructions on getting and returning the keys. Temperature in Terni was in the mid 30s during my stay, so the plug-in cooling unit was much appreciated, particularly because property is an attic apartment, and got quite hot.

The Apartment offers a lot of space and the kitchen is well equipped, only ingredients needed. Very nice balcony and comfy living room. My bed was very comfortable. Only small thing (not for me but maybe for others): the lock and door handle to the apartment needed some experimenting for me, but I figured it out 😄 Definitely will book again if I am coming back into this area of Italy.

Fabulous place to stay! Marco and his father were wonderful hosts, so friendly and always available if needed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything provided and free parking on site. The location is superb - a short walk into the centre of Terni. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection offered. We will return on our next visit. Grazie mille.

Staff was extremely helpful. The room was quite warm as air conditioning wasn’t working yet so they changed our room to a cooler one We dined in the restaurant attached to hotel and it was delicious with some of the best waiting staff I’ve ever experienced. Definitely worth going back just for that
