Great location if you want to explore the medieval town of Narni, in the very center, quiet. Three minutes from the parking lot. The underground parking card given by the host helped a lot. Comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very clean. Thank You, Marco :)

Our first night in Italy was made easier by our friendly and helpful hosts. Located just inside the town gates, we stayed in the pink room, which was immaculate and very quiet. We were able to park and off load our luggage opposite the accommodation and then found a park, just outside the gates. Breakfast was a simple affair with delicious homemade cakes, pastries, ham, cheese, toast, tea and coffee.

A wonderful place, managed by a wonderful and super friendly host. Luca is truly the best host, the rooms are lovely, clean and welcoming and the property and farm are wonderful places to explore and enjoy. We stayed one night and asked for a sweet and savoury breakfast. I can’t praise the quality of the food enough. I also absolutely love the cutlery, plate and all, everything what thoughtful and elegant. Can’t recommend the place enough!!
