Great location- walking distance to the city centre. The owner was available to communicate whatsapp, and was very helpful. Room was fully equipped. A coffee machine was available in the common area. Free parking available near the property

Perfect easy stay, self check in and spotless clean and everything you need at the supermarket is just over the street and the city is just 2-3onites walk...also the co-working space is just across the street who often have great love music events

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B right in the heart of the city. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well organised, and the bed was incredibly comfortable… I slept beautifully and the place was impressively quiet throughout the night. Ilaria was a fantastic host: very kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and perfectly located place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily book this apartment again. It's perfect for one person, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and flexible, making the whole stay completely stress-free. I truly appreciated the hospitality and felt at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Terni!

New apartment, clean and well equipped for couple+1. Walking distance to the city center . Has rooftop with big jacuzzi and relaxing area, unfortunately it didn't work when we were there.

It appeared ok on the booking listing. I chose it because of the photos. The host I initially wrote to was pleasant but the person I met was not. She had a bad attitude and felt as if she was being bothered. She did not give me a complete tour of the place. She had to come back and show me where the washing machine. I was disappointed about the lack of AC but that was my fault. However the fans did its job. This place needs more work.

Very friendly welcome and assistance settling in. The room was super spacious, and our host even offered a different room that had air conditioning. Bed was comfy, bathroom and kitchen were clean and the room is in a convenient location.

This was a wonderful apartment, so clean, new, and comfortable. Our room included a bathroom, and the common area was spacious. Breakfast was self serve and included yogurts, milk and juices. It is located about a 15 drive to the Marble Falls, a spectacular site and highly recommended! When messaging through Booking.com, Rosyb&b responded quickly and after meeting Aurora, she was so very kind and friendly. And she gave us a great restaurant recommendation too.

Lovely B&B run by a lovely couple away from the busy city centre. The room was clean and reasonably well maintained. Secure parking for our motorcycle was perfect and we were given gate keys to come and go as we please. There are numerous restaurants and a good supermarket nearby.
