Wonderful location in the mountains of Umbria. The owner and the staff were fantastic and were very welcoming. My kids had the opportunity to ride the property's horses and just loved it!

The breakfast was splendid, the homemade plum jam was particularly good especially with the fresh ricotta cheese. There was more than enough fresh baked and freshly prepared food for the two of us. We also liked the location and setting. We were located just outside of town with expansive, uninhibited views of the fields to the mountains. The rooms had been recently updated and were very clean and comfortable.

Agriturismo Rocca del Nera is a recently renovated farm stay in Preci where guests can make the most of its infinity pool, garden, and terrace. This property offers access to table tennis and darts.

This place was peaceful, relaxing, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Even the cats seemed happy to see us. It was so quiet at night and quite comfortable. The manager was very warm and accommodating and willing to answer our questions. The breakfast in the morning was very good, the facilities were clean, the bed was very comfortable. The view was outstanding. We were there in early May, so it was a bit too chilly for the infinity pool, but it looked very inviting.

An historic, well-cared for building on beautiful grounds. The onsite restaurant was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful at every step. A great place for a leisurely, quiet stay in a peaceful setting.

The place was a historic mansion - beautifully maintained. Unfortunately we were there on a 9 day trek and so only got in late at night and left early the next morning The host Giovanni was amazing. He drove us to a restaurant as they did not serve dinner and we did not want to walk 30 minutes back and forth for dinner. He also gave us a great breakfast, including amazing bread that he had baked himself!

This is a dream hotel in a recovering but still beautiful city and a sublime part of Italy. From the check-in to check-out we were very happy: rooms are great, bathrooms superb, and the food/spa/staff could not have been improved
