Property was close to town centre. Was very clean comfortable and a beautiful villa. Owner was very nice and gave great information about the town and local eateries.

The owner, Valentina, is very helpful and kind. The house is well organized and clean. The bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is also very nice with fresh food. You can park easily at the backyard of the house.

A fairy-tale villa with fantastic views and a generous and kind woman, who took incredibly good care of us. Each room is beautifully decorated with care and attention to details. Breakfast was a treat, as was the whole stay.

Great comfort inside - modern, clean (great kitchen, great bathroom, wifi, great bedrooms with Netflix accounts and comfort beds). Really big garden include everything you can imagine in garden for vacation (super whirlpool, dinner table, grill..). Huge space outside - our dog Abby felt in love with this space. Also privacy is on top level. Stefano was really nice and kind and take care about our happiness during our vacation. Thank You, we wanna go back next year

It’s such a beautiful, placeless little place with nice pool area and clean, big rooms. this time we stayed only one night as stopover further south but it’s our second time there and hopefully not last. The owner Maria are so friendly and helpful, as well gave great recommendations for dinner. The place is in little neighborhood and Torre Pedrera is near by bicycle or car in few minutes. Breakfast is amazing and will not leave a wish open …

The whole place is amazingly beautiful. Super comfy, welcoming, nice snacks, amazing to have coffee available and a kitchen free to use.

They have a really nice Garden.

Great location, exellent staff, ecpecially the Mintananace Ladies were very sweet and kind

Amazing food. Well managed hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing especially the patties. Lots of choices to choose from

The location, personel and the breakfast. The reception staff is very helpful.

Great position right opposite the beach. Very clean hotel room, air conditioning, amazing breakfast Super helpful friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was very kind and available to answer any questions. Hotel itself is on the beach and promenade. It is dog friendly hotel but still quiet. Breakfast was just right for us and there is a restaurant available for lunch or dinner serving testy food. Otherwise as the hotel is located on the promenade there is a variety of other restaurants you can choose from to go for lunch or dinner. Overall happy customer.

We stayed at this hotel for one week and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is very safe and extremely clean. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely top-notch – the quality of the food exceeded our expectations and could easily be compared to fine dining restaurants. The entire staff was amazing – very friendly, professional, and always helpful, whether at reception, in the restaurant, or housekeeping. We felt welcome and well taken care of at all times. The beach nearby was also very clean and perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return! -Emanuella

Perfect location, next to the sea, comfortable hotel, friendly and helpful staff!

It was a very nice and relaxing stay. We liked it so much that we prolonged it. We liked everything, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, big room, nice towels and bedsheets, the balcony. It was nice to have spa especially because it was raining. Nice location to visit Rimini by bike (we rented some from the hotel) and San-Marino by car. Very good breakfast. We were also eating at the restaurant, the staff are super friendly, regarding the food it was not bad but there are much better places to go around. So maybe some improvements could be done here.

Beautiful. Wonderful spa and pool. Very clean and comfortable. Good selection of breakfast food. Friendly helpful staff.

You feel very welcomed from the moment you enter this hotel. Very friendly stuff, nice room, everything clean. nice swimming pool area, just on the beach, tasty breakfast. Everything you need when on holidays! Highly recommend!
