Hotelli oli tyylikäs ja siisti ja palvelu oli erinomaista. Kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto oli hieno ja hyvin varusteltu. Shuttle kuljetti 3 * päivässä gondoliasemalle ja takaisin. Matka jalkaisinkin sine oli aika lyhyt oikopolkua pitkin -etenkin jos ei tarvitse kantaa suksia. Ravintola oli oikein hyvä joskin lista oli aika suppea. Ulkoilupäivän kruunasivat lukuisat saunat, lämmitetty ulkouima-allas ja ulkoporeallas.
