Everything was perfect !! Service, staff, food, pool, room, just perfect.

Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Decor was gorgeous, very colourful yet tasteful. Lovely swimming pool.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everyone form the owner to the chef and every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. It is a wonderful place in beautiful surroundings with a great pool and delicious food - grazie il cuoco:)! It is a green paradise in the center of Umbria.

The location was great although a little remote from the village of Doglio. The incline and distance made it hard to walk into the village. Great hosts. Accommodation very nice.

GORGEOUS LOCATION - THE POOL LOOKED UP TO THE HILLTOP TOWN OF TODI SURROUNDED BY SUNFLOWER FIELDS. THE ROOM WAS QUITE DARK BUT GOOD AIR CON, DECENT SHOWER AND CRISP LINEN. BREAKFAST AT A LOCAL CAFE IN A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE WHICH SEEMED ODD AT FIRST BUT WAS EXCELLENT - MIX OF CUSTOMERS SEEMED TO BE LOCAL WORKERS AND AGRITURISMO GUESTS SO THE FOOD WAS FRESH AND TASTY.

Location is amazing, we definitely recommend to stay there if you’re visiting Todi.

Location was stunning, and the hotel has been done up to an excellent standard. The views are amazing from the hotel, and it is perfect for a quiet getaway. Excellent breakfast with fresh cakes and croissants.

Perfect stay in the countryside, with a huge swimming pool and a cozy SPA. Access road is not perfectly kept and requires some careful driving to avoid potholes. There are supermarkets and shop nearby but not at walking distance, so make sure you get everything you need.

First, the owner is so accommodating & attentive to our needs, she gave us a pie on our arrival, she gave us chicken eggs for our breakfast and she even went extra mile, by washing our laundries abd hanging in cloth lines whilst we went away for sightseeing. The rustic villa is so spacious and beautiful with a lovely huge stylish glass door. The outdoors are exquisite and huge with lovely flowers, grass, big size swimming pool, outdoor amenities, fruit trees, olive tress, chickens and vegetable garden.

Everything was wonderful! The hospitality, the cake waiting for us when we arrived, the cabin was spacious, impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. It's a perfect place to stay with kids—plenty of space to run around outside, a playground, a pool, and a spot to play soccer. Federica was incredibly kind and helped us with every question and request. There's also a supermarket just 5 minutes away. We already want to come back!

The location was ideal for car trips to visit the most interesting towns of the region

Great location about 20 mins drive into Todi, grounds are well kept and everything is very clean inside the property.
